1. Introduction & Acceptance When you access or use gameblur.it.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use & Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gameblur.it.com. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
2. User Accounts
   1. Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data as required during registration. By submitting your personal data, you consent to its processing as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Purchase Terms
   1. Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT. We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
   2. Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other regional payment methods. All payments are processed securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
   3. Delivery: Digital keys or download links are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You acknowledge that by commencing download or activating a key, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may be forfeited.
   4. Pre-orders: Full payment is taken at the time of pre-order. Keys are distributed on the official release date or as otherwise communicated.
4. Returns & Refunds
   1. Unused Keys: You may request a refund for unused digital keys within 14 days of purchase, provided activation has not commenced. Refund requests must be submitted via our Support portal.
   2. Activated Products: Once a digital key is redeemed, refunds are subject to the applicable publisher’s refund policy and UK law.
   3. Faulty Keys: If a key is proven non-functional due to technical or compatibility issues, we will, at our discretion, replace the key or issue a refund.
5. Intellectual Property & Licensing gameblur.it.com acts as an authorised distributor of game keys. All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, remain with the original rightsholders. Your use of any digital content is subject to the publisher’s End-User License Agreement (EULA), which you accept upon key activation.
6. Liability & Disclaimers To the fullest extent permitted by law, gameblur.it.com excludes all liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free performance and are not liable for third-party disruptions.
7. Data Protection & Privacy We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. gameblur.it.com (or its UK entity) is the data controller responsible for processing your personal information.
